Situated on the family-run Rookery Farm in the scenic Cotswold countryside near Broadway Tower, our Shepherds Huts and Glamping Pods offer a unique and charming accommodation experience on the hill above Broadway village, giving you a chance of a digital detox with no wifi. The farm, home to our pedigree Suffolk sheep, has breathtaking views from the Shepherds Huts and Glamping Pods, surrounded by the beauty of the Cotswold landscape.

Our adult only accommodation consists of three authentic yet luxurious Shepherds Huts, each accommodating two people and two Glamping Pods, also for two guests. These accommodations are available year-round.

Shepherds Huts

Each spacious hut measures 16ft x 7ft and features a double bed. They are luxuriously furnished with en-suite shower rooms, a kitchenette, electric heating and full power, ensuring you don't miss any modern comforts. Please bring your own towels. Outside, you'll find a private front gravelled area with furniture, a shared lawn with a barbecue and off-road parking for one car, with additional parking a short walk away.

Glamping Pods

Our Glamping Pods come with en-suite shower rooms, a small fridge, kettle, microwave, electric heating, full power and a small double pull-out chair bed. Guests need to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows and towels. Each pod includes a private front gravelled area with furniture, a shared lawn with a barbecue and off-road parking for one car, with more parking available nearby.

The Area

Located in the picturesque Cotswold countryside, our Shepherds Huts and Glamping Pods are an excellent base for exploring this beautiful region. We are a short drive from the A44 and adjacent to the Cotswold Way. The iconic Broadway Tower is just a five-minute walk away. Broadway village, with its delightful pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops, is a five-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the farm.
