Mr. Bumble’s Barn is a delightful converted, self catering barn attached to Willow Tree Farmhouse. Set within a 60-acre working family farm at Hillington in Norfolk, we are dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable.

Accommodation

The cottage comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests, featuring a twin/double bedroom on the ground floor plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast table. French doors leading to a stepped garden at the rear. A cosy sitting/dining room equipped with a wood burner, comfortable seating, TV and a DVD player. There is a shower room with a double shower, basin and WC. Oil-fired central heating and oak flooring throughout. Towels and linen are provided, along with a welcome pack and WiFi access. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Outside there is a large shingled courtyard with a pond at the front, overlooking the stable yard and furnished with garden furniture. A rear lawn and patio area with more garden furniture and a barbecue for guest use. Ample parking is available on site.

The Area

Located just outside the village of Hillington, on the edge of the Sandringham Estate, Willow Tree Farm offers easy access to historical towns like King’s Lynn, Swaffham and Fakenham. The local area, including villages like Sandringham and Castle Acre, is rich in history and features several pubs and restaurants serving excellent food. Burnham Market is also worth a visit, known for its variety of shops and as the birthplace of Lord Nelson at Burnham Thorpe. North Norfolk is celebrated for its stunning beaches, and a drive along the coast comes highly recommended for those wishing to explore the scenic beauty of the area.
