Cliff House stands as a luxurious coastal retreat just moments away from the mix of rocky and sandy shores at Trevone, close to Padstow on the North Cornwall Coast. This spacious and elegantly furnished five-bedroom family home boasts breathtaking views across the Atlantic, situated merely 100 yards from the beach and 1.5 miles from Padstow.

The Accommodation

The living room is generously sized, featuring a bay window, a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a wood-burning stove. It's equipped with a wide-screen TV offering Sky (Entertainment, Sports, and Kids), Freesat and a DVD player, complete with a selection of DVDs. A snug area adjacent to the living room provides a quiet spot with a desk and chairs.

The kitchen is modern, bright, and spacious, outfitted with high-standard appliances and a wealth of crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, Rangemaster oven, American-style fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests. Leading off from the kitchen, the summer room, with its floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, offers stunning ocean views and features a seating area.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, the house comprises two king-sized bedrooms (with one convertible to singles), a double, a single and a children's room with bunk beds and a single bed, alongside four bathrooms, two of which are en-suites.

The secluded South West facing garden features both paved and grassed areas, perfect for outdoor dining with a large table, chairs and a Weber BBQ. An outdoor shed provides storage for cushions, while a smaller shed holds beach essentials like wellies, wetsuits and surfboards. A convenient wet room is available for post-beach clean-ups and the boiler room houses laundry facilities.

Managed by a local company, guests can access concierge services including catering, babysitting, and grocery shopping.

Please be aware that Cliff House is a smoke-free property and while pets are welcome, a £50 surcharge per pet applies to cover cleaning. Note that dogs are not permitted on the sandy beach from Easter to September 30, though alternative beaches and walks are available for pets.

There is so much to see and do in the area, there are lots of stunning beaches to discover including Treyarnon Bay, Constantine Bay and Stepper Point and Padstow offers a wealth of shops, restaurants, cafes and much more. Places to visit include:
