Bay View House - Sleeps 8

Featuring luxurious fittings throughout, the house includes four tastefully decorated bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom located on the second floor, along with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on the first floor. This property also has the luxury of a hot tub outside to relax in.

Kibbletree Cottage - Sleeps 3

This cottage has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and two bedrooms, a double and a single bedroom.

Low Barn Cottage - Sleeps 6

This cottage is perfect if you want to bring the grandparents on holiday with you, there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and then a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Horseshoe Cottage - Sleeps 2

This cosy cottage is ideal for a couple (a young baby is also welcome). There is a double bedroom, comfy lounge with a Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen.

Harvest Cottage - Sleeps 4

There are two bedrooms, a large double and a twin. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need. There is a 42 inch Smart TV to relax in front of after a day out exploring.

Granary Cottage - Sleeps 5

This charming barn conversion, elegantly adorned throughout, accommodates up to five guests across two en-suite bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.

Swingletree Cottage - Sleeps 2

This is a perfect retreat for a couple or two friends seeking a starting point to discover the East Yorkshire coast. This snug, bungalow-style cottage on the ground floor accommodates 2 guests, with room for a cot.

Martinmas Cottage - Sleeps 4

Martinmas Cottage offers single-level living space for up to four guests. There are two bedrooms, a large double and a twin bedroom.

Martingale Cottage - Sleeps 4

This cottage offers ground-level accommodation that is designed to be accessible and suitable for guests using wheelchairs. It has open plan living, Smart TV and two bedrooms, a twin room and a double. There is also a wet room.

May's Cottage - Sleeps 2

May's Cottage is an ideal selection for those seeking a getaway with their significant other. With Smart TV to relax in front of, there is also a kitchen with built-in appliances and a large, double-aspect bedroom with en-suite.

Old Stable Cottage - Sleeps 4

This cottage offers single-storey accommodation for up to four guests in two bedrooms - a double and a twin. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with Smart TV.

Hayloft Cottage - Sleeps 2

This is a lovely apartment which has been renovated to a high standard. There is an open plan living area, designer kitchen, king-size bedroom and luxurious slipper bath.

On arrival you will find a lovely welcome hamper including milk, tea, coffee and biscuits.

The cottages encircle a sunny, sheltered courtyard, complete with private patios and BBQs for each. Adorned with vibrant flower tubs and anchored by a 200-year-old Olive Tree at its heart, this setting offers a perfect spot for relaxation.

Plentiful complimentary private and secure off-road parking is available. Additionally, we feature an on-site EC Charger 7.5km Type 2, with the cost for charging to be determined in advance.

The Area

Just a brief stroll from Grange Farm leads you to the village of Sewerby, where you'll discover an array of shops, quaint tea rooms and three welcoming pubs offering cask ales and classic home-cooked meals. We are merely a mile away from the beach, on the picturesque Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast. Positioned halfway between the lively seaside town of Bridlington, the peaceful fishing village of Flamborough and Bempton Village, renowned for its world-famous RSPB seabird colony, our location is ideal.

Additionally, a short car journey will take you to the coastal towns of Hornsea, Filey, Scarborough, Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby, while the historic city of York is about an hour's drive away. Whether your visit is motivated by the desire for a walking or cycling adventure or to marvel at the stunning RSPB reserves along the coastline, Grange Farm Holiday Cottages offer a warm and comfortable haven to return to each evening.
