Manor Farm Barns offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Witton. We are based in a gorgeous countryside setting in North Norfolk and only a 5-minute drive to sandy beaches.

Accommodation

Our beautifully converted 18th Century brick and flint barns are well-equipped and include a wood burner, flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchens are well-equipped with a range of appliances including a priceable, dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Each cottage has a private courtyard and BBQ for al fresco dining. There is a communal acre meadow for all the properties to use as a garden space.

Fox’s Den

Our single-level barn has vaulted ceilings and sleeps up to 4 people in a master king en suite room and an en suite bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as 2 singles or a super king. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner will suit all our needs.

Badger’s Retreat

This single-level barn comes with an open plan living/kitchen/diner area. The barn sleeps up to 4 people in a master king en suite room and an en suite bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as 2 singles or a super king.

Barn Owl

Our single-level barn has vaulted ceilings and sleeps 4 people in a master king en suite room and an en suite bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as 2 singles or a super king. The open plan living/kitchen/diner area is well-equipped to a high standard.

Stag’s Rest

This single-level barn has vaulted ceilings and an open plan living/kitchen/diner to relax in. The barn sleeps four people in a master king en suite room and a bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as 2 singles or a super king. There is a separate bathroom.

Skylark’s Nest

This single barn has vaulted ceilings and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds that can be made as 2 singles or a super king. Via the hallway, there is access to the separate family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds that can be made a super king or 2 singles. The living room has a 50’’ flat-screen smart TV and the kitchen/diner is well-equipped.

Squirrel’s Drey

Our single-level barn has a vaulted ceiling and sleeps 5 people in 1 master king en suite room and 1 bedroom with either 3 singles or 1 zip and link king super king and 1 single bed. There is a separate bathroom. There is an open plan living/kitchen/diner to enjoy.

Visting Witton & Exploring Norfolk

We are based in gorgeous countryside and ideally placed for exploring Sheringham and Great Yarmouth. Only a 20-minute drive away is Bewilderwood. You can visit the nearby nature reserves or visit the cathedral city of Norwich which is 30 minutes away. Attractions to visit include:

City of Norwich Aviation Museum.
Sheringham Beach.
North Norfolk Railway.
