Our property sleeps up to 12 people plus 3 and combines modern comforts with rich history, including classic fireplaces, a sweeping staircase and antique-style furniture.On the ground floor, we have a living room, a conservatory, a formal dining room, a cloakroom, a kitchen and breakfast room, a back hall and a combined utility room and games room with a pool table.
The first floor has 2 en suite king rooms, 2 twin rooms including 1 that can be made a super king, 1 single children’s bedroom and 1 bathroom. The second floor has 1 king room, 1 twin children’s room, 1 twin that can be made a super-king and 1 shower room.
Facilities include a log burner or fireplace, smart TV, Aga and electric oven, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher washer and board games.
Outside we have a south-facing garden, including a large lawn and a BBQ with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. Soak yourself in the 8-seater electric hot tub.
On the estate, we offer a range of activities and experiences, including mind and wellbeing classes, archery, horse riding, axe throwing, beer tasting and much more.
Visting Smallburgh & Exploring Norfolk
You can enjoy lots of pictures of walking routes in the area whilst staying with us, with a range of footpaths and bridleways in the area. Visit the RSPB bird reserves or head to nearby Walsham, home to shops, restaurants, cafes and a weekly market. Attractions to visit include:Blickling Hall.
