Torbay Rise offers luxury self catering accommodation in Torquay. Our house in Devon is just a short stroll to Torquay’s beaches, shops and attractions, making us the perfect base for exploring the area.

Accommodation

Our property is perched on a hilltop and the bedroom offers sea views over the rooftops. This Victorian house dates from 1891 and now offers high-quality accommodation for up to 15 people.

A fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances including a dishwasher. There is a kitchen table and a dining table that seats 15. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. You can unwind in one of the two lounges in front of the TV after a day sightseeing. One lounge has a smart TV and the other has a Bang and Olufsen satellite screen.

We have an indoor swimming, sauna, gym, a 4 seater cinema room and a games room with table tennis and table football.

In total, we have 8 bedrooms, 6 of which include en suite facilities. Bedrooms consist of 1 super-king, 2 kings, 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single. There is a separate bathroom. The master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower and a free-standing bath, plus a seating area that offers sea views and a sofa bed.

Outside we have a sunny patio with a BBQ for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

Visting Torquay & Exploring Devon

We are close to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, home to lots of attractions and things to do. You can visit Kent’s Cavern, Paignton Zoo and Babbacombe Model Village. Play a round on one of the golf courses or take a trip on the Babbacombe Cliff Railway. Attractions to visit include:

Cockington Country Park.
Torre Abbey & Abbey Park.
Bygones.
Babbacombe Theatre.
Torquay Museum.
