Cosy Cottage offers fantastic self catering accommodation in Kingsand. We are nestled on a peaceful road leading the south west coast path and are perfect for exploring Cornwall. You can visit Torpoint and visit a range of attractions.

Accommodation

Our cottage sleeps up to 3 people and boasts sea views from the south-facing enclosed patio. The cottage is well-equipped throughout.

On the first floor, we have an open plan living/dining room with seating, a TV, DVD player, books, games and an extendable dining table. The seat offers hills and village views. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with wooden beams and a range of appliances: fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and comes with a super-king size bed and Egyptian cotton bedding. Adjacent is a bathroom. On the ground floor is a single bedroom with Egyptian cotton bed linen and an adjacent WC.

Outside we have a south-facing patio with a marble table and iron chairs with cushions for al fresco dining whilst savouring the view.

Visting Kingsand & Exploring Cornwall

Our cottage is only 50 metres from the coastal path and a range of amenities. Unwind on Cawsand Beach or explore Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park. Climb Maker Heights or visit Penlee Battery. Attractions to visit include:

Rame Head.
Tregantle Fort.
Sharrow Beach.
Cawsand Bay.
Antony Woodland Garden.
