Tafelta Cottage offers fabulous self catering accommodation only 2 miles from Magherafelt. We boast views over the Sperrins and are the perfect base for exploring Londonderry.

Our cottage sleeps up to 8 people and is disabled-friendly, offering wheelchair access. The cottage is well-equipped and features underfloor heating and a ceramic tiled floor.

Inside we have a large living room to unwind in after a day exploring. Facilities include a wood-burning stove which is double-sided to offer warmth in the hall. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances and the dining area leads to the utility room. French doors open to the sunroom which looks over the BBQ area.

In total, we have 4 bedrooms, including king-size beds, one of which is en suite. Upstairs there is also a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed adjacent to a bathroom complete with shower transfer chair.

Whilst staying with us you can visit lots of attractions in the area. Visit the ancient Aughlish Stone Circles or visit the World Owls. You can explore Banagher Glen, one of the oldest ancient oak woodlands in Ireland. Attractions to visit include:
