Culla Cottage offers lovely self catering accommodation in the township of Aird, only a few yards from the stunning beach. Our cottage is nestled in an amazing setting on the Isle of Benbecula, perfect for an unforgettable getaway on the Western Isles.

Accommodation

Our traditional ground level cottage is built from stonework and also has a thatch roof. The cottage offers modern facilities and sleeps up to 4 people.

Inside we have a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances: fridge, oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. All crockery and utensils are provided. Unwind in the living area after a day sightseeing. Facilities include a wood burning stove, seating and Freeview TV with Netflix.

The bedroom has a king size bed, with all bedding and linen provided. A sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. The large bathroom has a bath with a shower, toilet, sink, electric mirror and toiletries.

Outside we have a secure enclosed garden and private secure parking.

Visiting Aird & Exploring the Western Isles

We are only a 2 minute drive from the local supermarket, post office and bank. Nearby there is a restaurant and a Chinese takeaway. On a few minutes stroll from us is the beach and you can also enjoy the local wildlife, home to corncrake, lapwing and a range of sea life. Attractions to visit whilst staying with us include:

North Uist Distillery.

Baleshare.
Our Lady of the Isles.
Museum nan Eilean.
