Nestled in an idyllic setting close to the shores of Loch Etive, we are ideal for water and wildlife lovers looking for somewhere special to stay. We boast a private jetty and slipway, great for kayaks and trailable boats. We are accessible to Oban and a range of attractions in Argyll.

Accommodation

We have three lodges and a lochside studio to choose from. All the properties are finished to a high standard and boast hot tubs to soak your troubles away in.

The Palms:

Our luxury ground-floor lodges are just 30 meters from the shores of Loch Etive, perfect for the ultimate Lochside retreat. The south-facing lodges has private decking with a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Inside there is an open plan living area with a gas wood burner, Freesat Smart TV and patio doors leading to a decking area. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer. In total, there are 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 king en suite and 1 twin en suite. Both rooms come with a smart TV.

Lochside Studio:

We offer accommodation in our cosy wooden studio, situated on the water’s edge and offering stunning loch views. The studio is great for a romantic getaway.

Our ground-floor studio comes with an open plan area including a relaxing living room with Freeview TV and patio doors leading to a decking area. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen/dining room that has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge. The double bed is perfect for a restful night’s sleep and there is a shower room. Outside there is garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Visiting North Connel & Exploring Argyll

Our self catering accommodation is situated on a track road that leads along the north shore of Loch Etive and is also great for scenic walks and cycle rides along the shoreline. You can also visit the gorgeous gardens at Ardchattan Priory. Excellent attractions to visit include:

Dunollie Museum, Castle and Grounds.
McCaig's Tower & Battery Hill.
Oban War & Peace Museum.
Oban Distillery.
Gylen Castle.
