Accommodation

Our luxury cabin is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, based in a glorious country setting. The lodge sleeps 6 people and is finished to a high standard to suit all your needs.

Inside this beautifully furnished cabin is a lovely open plan kitchen and living area with a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. The living area includes comfy seating and smart TV to watch your favourite show. The patio doors offer spectacular countryside views. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: oven/hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Two bedrooms are available. A ground-floor master room is furnished in Harris Tweed and boasts a luxury memory foam mattress with soft bed linen. The room enjoys glorious views toward Cairn o' Mount. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an open plan seating area including a double sofa bed. A bathroom has a high-pressure shower with complimentary Shetland soaps.

Outside there is a decking area and a garden with a brand-new BBQ area featuring a bar, hot tub and Chesney heat and grill, perfect for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Visiting Marykirk & Exploring Aberdeenshire

We are just outside the village of Marykirk in the Kincardine and Mearns area of Aberdeenshire. You can visit a variety of excellent attractions, small villages and interesting towns. Take a scenic trip inland to see the gorgeous Angus Glens. Great attractions to visit include:

Drumtochty Castle.
Dunnottar Castle.
Glen Esk.
Lunan Bay.
St Cyrus Beach.
