Accommodation

Based on our 250-acre organic farm in a gorgeous countryside setting, we are the ideal place to escape from the pressures of modern life. The bungalow is tastefully furnished and features wood fires from our own timber, handmade beds, antiques, and excellent facilities. The whole house with flat (5 bedrooms) can be let as a whole sleeping up to 9 persons. The main house (4 bedrooms) can be let sleeping up to 7 persons.

The Main House

This property comes with 4 bedrooms: 2 twins, 1 single and 1 king which can be made into a twin. One of the twins can also be made as a king. Two of the rooms have doors to the veranda and all the rooms enjoy lovely views. All the bedrooms have their own sink, whilst a bathroom comes with a shower and a second bathroom comes with a bath.

A spacious sitting room comes with comfy seating, a log fire and double sliding doors that open onto the veranda and enjoys river views. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob and dishwasher. You can enjoy some lovely meals in the dining room that sleeps 9. The main house has an adjoining lockable door to the flat.

The Flat

Our bedroom has 1 double bedroom that enjoys lovely views over the trees and orchard. Unwind in the cosy sitting room that has a log fire and offers views over the river. A small kitchen/dining area is well-equipped. A shower room is also available. Outside there is a fenced garden and lawn that go down to the river.

A laundry room comes with a washing machine, dryer, chiller and extra fridge. We also have two Stables and a Tack room, offering facilities for you to bring your own horses.

Visiting Roeburndale East & Exploring Lancashire

We are in the ideal position for exploring the area. The Bridge End Tearooms is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also head to the George and Dragon Pub which is just a 15-minute walk. In Lancaster, you can watch a show at The Grand Theatre, whilst golf clubs can found be at Bentham, Kirkby Lonsdale, Casterton and Lancaster. Excellent attractions to visit include:
