Accommodation

Our fantastic property is great for a cosy getaway in a picturesque setting. The house sleeps up to 11 people, ideal for a family or group holiday in the country.

Inside this beautifully furnished property is a relaxing sitting room with Sky TV and a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooking and a dining area.

5 lovely bedrooms are available, 1 family room, 2 doubles and 2 twin rooms. In total, there are 4 bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are included, plus toiletries.

You are welcome to wander around the gorgeous grounds of the estate, with lots of picnic sites available.

A hot tub can also be hired for an additional price on request.

We also offer accommodation in The Coach House which can sleep an additional 8 people and is adjacent to The Stables.

This part of the country has an abundance of scenic walking and cycling routes to enjoy, offering the perfect way to admire the amazing natural landscape. You can enjoy a lovely day out at the Almond Valley Farm, Museum and Discovery Centre or head into Edinburgh and see its famous castle. Play a round at Harburn golf Club or enjoy some retail therapy at Livingston Designer Outlet. Great attractions to visit include:
