Thorneyhaugh Farm Holiday Cottage offers wonderful self catering accommodation near Longframlington, based in a glorious country setting. Our two cottages are perfect for exploring Morpeth and a range of excellent attractions in this lovely area of Northumberland.

Accommodation

We have two luxury properties to choose from, Oak Cottage and Ash Cottage. Our barn conversions are both finished to a high stand and perfect for a break in a scenic countryside setting.

Oak Cottage

Our largest property is great for a group or family getaway in the country. Unwind in sun-filled lounge which boasts double height ceiling with beams and Freeview TV. Rustle up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Bedrooms consist of two ground-floor twin rooms and a first-floor king en suite room. A further bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure is on the ground floor. Outside there is a private patio area for al fresco dining.

Ash Cottage

This charming ground-level cottage is ideal for a memorable rural holiday. Inside there is a delightful lounge/diner with a toasty wood burner and Freeview TV. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Two attractive bedrooms are available, a king room and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure.

Visiting Longframlington & Exploring Northumberland

This part of the country has stunning scenery to discover, including scenic footpaths, picturesque bike trails and the majestic Cheviot Hills. You can fish on the River Coquet or play a round at the local golf course. The pretty market town of Rothbury has shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Superb attractions to visit include:
