Eisteddfa Country House and Cottages offer comfortable self-catering accommodation close to the coastal town of Criccieth. The holiday cottages have wonderful views over fishing lakes, valleys, mountains and coastline. Eisteddfa was the former home of Prime Minister Lloyd George's daughter and is still owned by her family.

Eisteddfa Country House

This is the ideal home for groups and celebrations. It can sleep 18 people in 9 bedrooms. There is a spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms, games room, TV room with a piano and another kitchen for snacks and hot drinks.

Eisteddfa

This country house can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen and dining area, with a light and airy sunroom with TV and an additional sitting room with TV, a small office, cloakroom and utility room.

Outside is a terrace area with seating and a BBQ.

Ty Mawr

This lovely property is great for families as it has a super games room. It can sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is also a kitchen/diner, TV room and an elegant sitting room. Outside the garden has seating and a BBQ with fabulous views.

Glas y Dorlan

Perfect for couples this cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility room. Outside the front is a patio, lawned area and BBQ.

Bwythyn Bach

This small cosy cottage sleeps 2 in a double en suite. The living room with a log burner has views of Moel y Gest. The kitchen/diner has a small fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Outside the front is a small patio area and a garden at the side with a decked area, hot tub, outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Visiting Pentrefelin & Exploring Gwynedd

On the doorstep is Eisteddfa Fishery which is perfect for a day’s coarse or game fishing or a family day out. The Rabbit Farm close by is also great for the kids.

This area is a haven for walkers as there are coastal walks at Lleyn Peninsula or challenging mountain climbing. Plus there are plenty of interesting places to visit such as:

Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Zip World.
Criccieth Castle.
Portmeirion.
Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway.
