Accommodation
Our wonderful stone barn conversion is nestled on a hill sheep farm and boasts amazing views across the lake and the countryside. The cottage sleeps up to 2 people, perfect for the ultimate romantic getaway.Inside this cosy cottage is a lovely lounge with exposed beams, comfy seating and a wood burner-effect electric fire and oil central heating. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances. Enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table.
On the first floor is a beautiful king-size bedroom, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. An attractive shower room is also available.
Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, offering a wonderful spot to enjoy the outstanding views over the pond and wildflower meadow.
Visiting Cantref & Exploring Powys:
The quaint town of Brecon is just 4 miles from us and has a glorious cathedral and brilliant restaurants. Hikers can enjoy lots of excellent treks in the area, including Pen y Fan which is the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons which is right on our doorstep. Excellent attractions to visit include:Brecon Beacons Mountain Railway.
