Accommodation

Our wonderful farmhouse sleeps up to 12 people, making it perfect for families or groups looking for somewhere special to stay. The house is accessed via a private lane and is nestled in a brilliant location where working riding and livery stables are available.

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan lounge with a toasty wood-burning stove, a dining area for 12 people and a sun-filled conservatory. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen which comes with a range of appliances for home cooking. Brilliant entertainment facilities include Smart TVs with Sky, Wi-Fi throughout.

On the first floor, there are two attractive bedrooms with modern en suite facilities, plus a family bathroom and twin room. On the second attic floor there are 4 single beds. The loft and the front bedrooms enjoy spectacular views of the New Forest.

Outside there is a patio with seating for 12 and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco when the sun is shining. We also have a fully enclosed dog proof paddock for your four-legged friend.

Visiting The New Forest & Exploring Hampshire

We are in a fantastic position for exploring the area, with lots of breathtaking walks and cycle routes right on our doorstep. Within walking distance there are two pubs and cycle hire is available. The charming town of Fordingbridge is a short drive away and home to pubs, shops and supermarkets. Excellent attractions to visit include:

Highclere Castle.
Winchester Cathedral.
Marwell Zoo.
Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway.
National Trust - The Vyne.
