Our wonderful waterside retreat boasts amazing sea views and is at the gateway to the Gower peninsular with a wide range of excellent attractions and beautiful beaches. The apartment is 6 miles from the bustling city of Swansea.

Accommodation

The apartment can be accessed via a front door or via a lift and offers modern luxury, ideal for the ultimate coastal holiday. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has been finished to a high specification, including toasty underfloor heating for the winter months.

The apartment is accessed via a lift, directly from private undercroft parking. A spacious lounge/diner offers a great space for a morning coffee whilst admiring the spectacular sea views. Excellent facilities include leather sofas, 2 Poang chairs with sea views, dining table/chairs, Smart TV and full WiFi. The lounge door opens onto a front with seating, ideal for a glass of wine whilst enjoying the outstanding views over the bay.

Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen which has a Bosch dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, split-level ovens, microwave, induction hob and a wine chiller.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available, a master room with a king-size bed and a twin room. The master room has an en suite bathroom with a tropical shower, whilst the twin room has direct access to the main bathroom with bath and shower. All bed linen and towels are included.

Patio doors from both bedrooms lead onto private covered balconies which overlooks the well-designed courtyard garden, including a hot tub that can be booked separately. There is a side entrance allowing access to the garden which also has a shower for sandy dogs, children, paddleboards, wetsuits, etc.

The apartment is accessible for wheelchair users as it is accessed via a lift from the car park. The apartment is one level although there are a few steps into the rear private garden.

Visiting Mumbles & Beyond

The delightful village of Mumbles has a lovely high street with independent shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. The scenic beaches of Gower are nearby, whilst the local buses offer easy access to Swansea, the Gower and further afield. Only 5 miles away is Swansea Train Station which is on the main line from London through Cardiff and Bristol. Excellent attractions to visit include:
