Seagulls Rest: Sleeps 5

This large ground floor apartment is great for a family and includes 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 twin and 1 single. A spacious lounge comes with a sofa and the well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. Additionally, there is a new bathroom.

The Lighthouse: Sleeps 2

Our fabulous studio boasts sea views and is based on the first floor. Inside there is a king en suite, a lounge and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. The small balcony takes advantage of the amazing views.

Seahorse Shore: Sleeps 2

This gorgeous apartment is our biggest studio and is on the first floor. Inside there is a lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. The double bedroom includes en suite facilities.

Turtle Beach: Sleeps 4

Our superb top-floor apartment enjoys spectacular full sea views and sleeps 4 in a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge. Guests share a bathroom. Unwind in the lounge and cook some delicious dishes in the kitchen which has an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Shells Shore: Sleeps 5

This cosy top floor apartment sleeps 5 in a king-size bed and sofa bed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. The fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. The apartment also has a bathroom.

Starfish Shack: Sleeps 4

Our spacious 1st-floor apartment is great for a family and comes with a king-size bed and 2 singles. The lounge has a sofa and the fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. Additionally, there is a large bathroom.

Crabby Cove: Sleeps 4

This large apartment has 1 bedroom which includes a twin, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. A bathroom includes a WC, hand basin and shower. The lounge area has a 2-piece suite and dining table, whilst the kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Anchors Way: Sleeps 4

Our spacious apartment has one bedroom which has two single beds. Guests share a bathroom with a toilet, hand basin & shower. The open plan lounge has a sofa bed/dining area and the kitchen includes an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Salty Dog: Sleeps 4

This outstanding apartment is set to the rear of the property and includes private parking bays outside. Inside there is a relaxing open plan lounge with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer tray, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has two singles and the bathroom has a toilet, hand basin & shower.

Visiting Paignton & Exploring Devon

We are only a level walk away from the town centre, home to pubs, inns, restaurants, bistros, a multi-plex cinema and Palace Theatre. Stroll along its famous harbour and see the bevy of boats on the shore. Visit the gorgeous gardens at nearby Roundham or take the whole family to Splashdown Quaywest or the Seashore Centre. Further afield discover the nearby towns of Exeter and Plymouth, home to great shops and interesting attractions. Excellent attractions to visit include:
