Our outstanding cottage sleeps up to 6 people and boasts stunning views across the marches and to the sea, perfect for the ultimate coastal break.

Our elegantly furnished cottage is bursting which charm and character, offering exposed beams, timber lintels, vaulted ceilings and brick & flint feature walls. The property offers skylights, French doors, a balcony and conservatory, ensuring there is plenty of natural light to enjoy. The cottage offers a true home from home.

Unwind in the cosy living room which a large feature fireplace, a toasty wood burner-style gas fire, 49’’ smart TV, Blue-ray DVD player, comfy seating and French doors to the conservatory. A well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking and has an electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, De'Longhi toaster & kettle, plus a farmhouse table which seats 6.

Three beautiful bedrooms are available, a downstairs double en suite, a king en suite and a twin room. The downstairs double has French doors which open onto a seating area whilst the master room has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee.

Outside there is a wonderful, decked courtyard garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. We also have a lockable bike shed and a gate yard for an additional car, canoes and kayaks.

Visiting Wells-Next-The-Sea & Exploring Norfolk

Wells-next-the-Sea is a gorgeous seaside renowned for its colourful beach huts and glorious sandy beach. The town is perfect for strolling around and has a historic fishing port, whilst a miniature train runs regularly down to the beach. Scenic boat trips can be enjoyed from the quay and the high street offers interesting shops and great gastropubs for tasty food. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
