Ord is on the Sleat peninsula in southern Skye, often referred to as the "Garden of Skye." The Isle of Skye, part of Scotland’s Inner Hebrides, is celebrated for its diverse landscapes, including rugged mountains and dramatic coastlines. Visitors can enjoy walking, climbing, kayaking and exploring the island’s rich history, such as Dunvegan Castle and the Clan Donald Centre. Skye is also known for its exceptional food and drink, from the renowned Three Chimneys restaurant to local whiskies like Talisker and Torabhaig and brews from the Skye Brewery.
