1 Island Square offers outstanding self catering accommodation in St Ives, Cornwall. We are a great base for exploring the local area and within walking distance of the famous Tate Art Gallery, numerous beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Accommodation

Our spacious house is beautifully furnished and ideal for an unforgettable holiday.

This gorgeous, Grade II Listed cottage comes with a large living area including a gas fire, 37’’HDTV, BlueRay player and Mini Hi-Fi with iPod dock. You can even find a family harmonium which originated in Philadelphia at the turn of the 20th Century. A second smaller room comes with a desk for those who need to do some work whilst on holiday. The well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances to suit all your needs. Outside there is a small courtyard.

Three comfortable bedrooms can be found on the first floor: a double, twin and a single. The bathroom comes with a shower over that bath. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Visiting St Ives & Exploring Cornwall

Our cottage is only 20 seconds away from the harbour and 2 minutes from the local beach. The Tate Art Gallery features modern art and work from the St Ives School. The Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden houses lots of beautiful sculptures in wonderful gardens. All the family can have a lovely time at Harbour beach which is in the centre of town.
