The cottage offers two bedrooms, one king-sized and the other a twin room which also includes a sofa bed, along with a family bathroom featuring a spa bath and a landing area that serves as a quiet seating or reading space. Downstairs, there is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, with a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, Rayburn cooker, double gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer. A utility area with a washing machine leads off the kitchen, along with access to a spacious shower room. The property is let on a weekly basis, from Friday to Friday.

Salen in Argyll is an excellent base for exploring some of the west coast’s most scenic and culturally rich locations. Just a short drive away, you can discover the beautiful shores of Loch Sunart, perfect for wildlife spotting and peaceful walks, or head to the nearby Ardnamurchan Peninsula, home to the famous Ardnamurchan Lighthouse, the most westerly point on mainland Britain. The surrounding area also offers access to stunning beaches such as Sanna Bay, as well as opportunities for boat trips to see seals, dolphins and even whales. For those interested in history, nearby castles and ancient sites provide a glimpse into Scotland’s past, while charming villages and local eateries offer a warm Highland welcome.
