Alltshellach Cottages offers outstanding self catering accommodation in North Ballachulish near Loch Leven. Nestled in a peaceful and beautiful location, we are perfect for a memorable break in Argyll. Our two cottages are surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in Scotland.

The Old Coach House

Our wonderful stone cottage has been tastefully converted to offer high-quality accommodation. The property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area to enjoy. The living area is the perfect place to relax in after a day sightseeing and comes with an Amazon Echo Plus wireless Bluetooth speaker, Amazon Unlimited music subscription, Freesat widescreen TV with Netflix, a DVD player and feature full-length windows. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. Outside is a lovely lawned garden with furniture. A great place for al fresco dining.

A gorgeous Italian design staircase leads to the master double room with a king size bed and sofa and twin room. A separate bathroom with a WC and a bath is also available. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with en suite facilities and a separate shower room.

The Old Stables

This charming property sleeps up to 6 people and is stylishly furnished throughout. Formerly a stables, the stone courtyard cottage comes with a large open plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cosy living area has a toasty wood burning stove, an Amazon Echo Plus wireless Bluetooth speaker, Amazon Unlimited music subscription, Freesat widescreen TV with Netflix, a DVD player and sliding doors which open onto a private courtyard with seating. The living area also boasts a glorious granite wall.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite facilities. A double and twin room are also available. A second bathroom comes with a toilet, bath and a shower.

Visiting North Ballachulish & Exploring Argyll

The Glencoe, Glen Nevis and Mamore mountain ranges are nearby, perfect for walking and mountain biking. The Ice Factor indoor climbing centre in Kinlochleven is great for climbers and fishing is available in Loch Leven at Bishop’s Bay. The famous Loch Leven Seafood Cafe is only a 5 minute drive away and serves locally sourced shellfish and seafood dishes. Lots of superb attractions are in the local area:
