Cottage 1

Cottage 1 welcomes you with a charming stable door leading into a cosy hallway with hooks for coats and a shoe area. Step down into the cottage-style kitchen with a dining area, perfect for shared meals and continue through an archway to the lounge, where double doors open onto a sunny rear terrace for relaxing in daylight. Upstairs, the bedroom offers stunning countryside views, a king-size bed, ample storage and an adjacent landing with a day bed (or a sofa bed in the lounge for one extra guest). A newly refurbished bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. Outside, enjoy parking for two cars, a second terrace ideal for evening relaxation and access to a mown pathway through a wildflower paddock.

Cottage 2

Cottage 2 offers a well-designed ground floor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a comfortable lounge and a convenient shower room. Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed, charming sloping ceilings, ample storage and delightful views, with access to a mown pathway through a wildflower paddock. A single pull-out bed is available for separate sleeping arrangements, though space may feel tight for three adults. Outside, the cottage includes parking for two cars (note two steps at the entrance) and a private sun terrace, accessible via the kitchen’s stable door, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or a peaceful evening.

Cottage 3

The cottage is accessed via its own electric gated entrance, offering privacy and convenience. Inside, modern glass doors lead to a bright, open-plan living space on a single level (with one step down and a handrail for assistance), ideal for those with mobility concerns. A log burner, armchair, sofa and sofa bed create a welcoming lounge area, flowing into a cottage-style kitchen and dining area. To the left, a shower room with a walk-in shower sits next to the double bedroom, which features a king-size bed, ample storage and glass doors opening onto a sunlit private terrace. With views of the paddock, landscaped gardens and Shropshire countryside, it’s perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after exploring.

There are many historical buildings in and around Bridgnorth, Bishop Percy’s House being one of the more notable, but also there is the ruined castle, the Northgate with its Museum, The Town Hall, St. Leonards and St Marys churches, to name a few. We are within easy reach of the World Heritage site of Ironbridge, the birthplace of the industrial revolution, with over a dozen museums, is just 9 miles away. Other places of interest include:
