About Norwood

Norwood has kept its Victorian beauty whilst including all the modern features you would expect. It can accommodate 4 people in a king size en suite and a double with adjoining shower room.

The comfortable living/dining room includes a feature fireplace. There is a modern kitchen with oak fittings. It is equipped with an Aga, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. Norwood benefits from having a cloakroom which is ideal for muddy boots and wet walking gear.

Outside is a secure patio area with seating.

Visiting Boscastle & Exploring North Cornwall

Boscastle offers a shop, places to eat and bakers.

This stunning area is a great location for walking with its coastal footpath and wooded valleys. Other activities include cycling, kayaking and fishing. Boscastle is an excellent touring base for visiting Padstow and Port Isaac.

The Eden Project.
Tintagel Castle.

From the minute we walked through the door we felt so lucky to have found Norwood. It was incredibly clean, warm, comfortable and well decorated. We had a great week in Boscastle exploring the area. The local bus service was really good meaning we didn't have to drive if we didn't want to. A fab house and lovely area.

Norwood House is the most charming and beautifully decorated place to stay in Boscastle. There is nothing we could find fault with. The owner has obviously spent a great deal of time and effort on ensuring our stay was just perfect, so cosy and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Thank-you for the afternoon tea on arrival. We were so lucky with the weather, swam most days and got some lovely walks in. We went to Tintagel Castle and were impressed with the New Bridge. We also went to King Arthur's Hall. Well worth a visit. Thank-you Nancy for allowing us to share your lovely house again, and to Steve and the staff. Can’t wait for our next trip. Tony and Kim.

Loved the week in Norwood. It was the second time staying in this fabulous cottage and am sure it won't be my last. Norwood is beautifully equipped and presented, a little haven of luxury, it truly is a gem of a cottage in wonderful Boscastle.

The nicest holiday Holiday Cottage we have stayed in! We arrived to milk in the fridge, fresh flowers in each room and a homemade cake (that was delicious) - plus a treat for our dog!! The Holiday Cottage has beautiful fixtures and fittings, the owners were a delight to deal with and we could not recommend Norwood any higher, a really lovely place.

Beautiful house, lovely size, comfortable and very well appointed. This house provides literally everything, even rucksacks and flasks for walking or picnic days. Beds are very comfortable and the house is in such a quiet spot in Boscastle. The parking space round the back is great - very generous but necessary space. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely week here. The house is well equipped very clean and spacious. Such a big ensuite bathroom. It is in a great location. Just a short walk down the hill to the harbour. Great place to see the sunset at the end of the harbour wall and also a resident seal. Also easy access to get around Cornwall. Would highly recommend a stay here.
