This traditional stone and slate property can sleep, 5/6 people. Bedrooms consist of a king size master, twin bedroom and a single room with a pull out bed. Each room has good views. Over the winter we completely refurbished the family bathroom, shower room and utility room.

There is an open plan kitchen/diner which includes a 40" LED HD TV with HD sound bar and DVD/Blu Ray player, Wi-Fi and dining table.

The modern kitchen includes:

Oven and grill.
Electric hob.
Fridge/freezer.
Dishwasher.
Kettle.
Toaster.
Sandwich toaster.
Steamer.

Outside is a secure garden with seating and a BBQ. This is a real sun trap.

Visiting Padstow & Exploring Cornwall

There is a footpath from the rear of the property. This leads to Queen Victoria's obelisk. This offers panoramic views of the Camel tidal estuary. Other activities in the area include cycling, surfing, boating and fishing.

Padstow has shops, attractions and wonderful places to eat such as Rick Steins Restaurants and Paul Ainsworth No6.

Newquay and it’s many attractions and famous Fistral surfing beach is about 15 miles down the coast. The world famous Eden Project, located close to St. Austell is just 12 miles/30 minutes drive and Truro with its magnificent cathedral just 40 minutes.
