Our holiday cottage has been thoughtfully furnished, to ensure guests have a place that feels homely. Facilities and amenities include:Comfortable lounge.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer, chest freezer and additional fridge.
Ground floor bathroom.
Three first floor twin bedrooms, plus a new en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom with a shower.
One ground floor twin bedroom.
New for 2021, a ground floor bathroom with a bath, shower and WC.
Oil central heating & electric fires in the lounge and dining room.
Guests are free to roam our 800 acres, which provide plenty of walking opportunities that all ages can enjoy. The tree plantation and miles of gravel roads connecting the turbines are suitable for driving, walking, biking and quad biking. The land is also a haven for wildlife including:
Moorland birds.
Owls.
Wildfowl.
Yellowhammers.
Red & roe deer.
Visiting Bibster & Exploring Caithness
Bilbster is in a rural part of the highlands and is a lovely place to visit if you are seeking some peace and quiet. As well as offering a quiet retreat, we are also within comfortable driving distance of Wick & Thurso.Caithness is a large area of unspoilt, dramatic scenery in the far north of Scotland. For those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, the area is ideal.
