About Coastal Kippford

The Park has several privately owned caravan and lodges to rent. Looking to rent a large family home? Located adjacent to Coastal Kippford, Barnbarroch Lodge sleeps up to 8 guests and benefits from a stunning conservatory with bi-fold doors leading to a private patio area and large secluded garden. Barnbarroch Lodge is available to rent Friday to Friday only. Pets are welcome.

As well as offering exceptionally good accommodation all year round, the park also has a number of seasonal touring pitches available, all of which are hardstanding. If the physical side of a touring caravan is taking its toll, you might want to consider the following:

Visiting Kippford and Exploring Dumfries & Galloway

It is the perfect holiday location for those who enjoy a peaceful setting within easy reach of many outdoor activities – walking, mountain biking, sailing, golf, horse riding, fishing to name a few. The park is pet friendly so there’s no need to leave your four legged friend at home!

Dumfries and Galloway is a cyclist's paradise. Dalbeattie Forest, one of the 7stanes is accessed only 300 meters from the park entrance. In all there are over 17km of cycling trails linking Dalbeattie to Colvend, Sandyhills and Kippford; these three villages being just a short ride outside the Forest itself. Gentle Family Routes are suitable for the whole family, with clearly marked trails.
