Ore Valley Holiday Cottages offer 5 stunning self catering cottages to choose from near Farnham. Our cottages are set in glorious countryside near Saxmundham, making us the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Hayloft Cottage

This is our largest cottage and sleeps up to 4 people. An open plan living/dining/kitchen area will suit all you needs. From here you can enjoy glorious views of the Ore Valley. The living area has comfy sofas and a large LCD TV. A large dining table and breakfast area are available. Both bedrooms are en suite and have zip link beds which can be made into a twin or double.

Barn Owl Cottage

This charming cottage sleeps up to 2 people. The open plan lounge/dining area has Freesat TV and a DVD player. Our property boasts a country oak kitchen and breakfast bar which includes a range of excellent appliances. The bedroom is a twin/double room. A modern bathroom with shower facilities is available. Outside is a small terrace overlooking the farm's pond and grounds.

The Punch Cottage

This is one of our largest properties and sleeps up to 6 people. The open plan living/dining area comes with comfortable sofas and a large LCD TV. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Three bedrooms are available. Two bedrooms have zip link beds which can be made as either twins or doubles. Both rooms have separate bathrooms.

Poppy Cottage

Our lovely cottage sleeps up to 2 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a range of appliances. You can also enjoy the open plan living/dining area with includes comfy sofas and a TV. Outside is a delightful patio area with a table and chairs. From here you can admire views of the Ore Valley.

Horse Shoe Cottage

This superb property sleeps up to 4 people. Two bedrooms are available: one room with twin beds and a bunk room. A modern bathroom has a bath and shower facilities. The property benefits from having a bespoke kitchen and an open living/dining area.

Visiting Farnham & Exploring Suffolk

The local area has a range of attractions to enjoy. Glorious walks can be enjoyed throughout Snape, Iken and alongside the River Alde. In nearby Saxmundham you can wander down the busy high street where you will find cafes, pubs, restaurants and a good selection of shops. Saxmundham Museum is located on the high street and open from Easter through to October. It provides a charming insight into the thriving market town of years gone by. A number of great attractions are nearby:
