Fairview Apartment offers outstanding self catering accommodation in a ground-floor holiday home, boasting wonderful views over 18th fairway of Richmond Park Golf Club in Norfolk. Our apartment offers wonderful parkland views and you can enjoy the fantastic amenities at the Club House which has a bar and restaurant. We are only a mile away from the bustling market town of Watton, home to great shops and restaurants.

Accommodation

Our superb apartment is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in a great location, ideal for non-golfers and golfers. Bookings are available throughout the year for week holidays or short stays.

Inside the apartment is a delightful open plan sitting/dining area with comfy seating, Freeview smart TV, a DVD player, CD player and a table and chairs. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available, a king and twin room. Both rooms share a shower with a large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC. All bed linen and towels are included.

Outside is a patio area and small lawn with seating, ideal for a morning coffee whilst savouring the view.

Visiting Watton & Exploring Norfolk

Watton is a lovely market town in the heart of Norfolk. It has an interesting history and the area is known for being the setting of the legend of the ‘Babes in the Wood’. There are numerous restaurants and takeaways, as well as sporting and fitness facilities.

We are on the edge of the vast Thetford Forest, a beautiful 21,000-hectare pine forest. Public access to the forest is very good and High Lodge, located between Thetford and Brandon, is a popular attraction with walks, cycle tracks which include a black run (bikes can be hired there) and Go Ape the high-wire forest adventure.

Close by is Peddars Way (and other long-distance footpaths), West Stow Anglo-Saxon village, Grimes Graves neolithic flint mines, Banham Zoo (also has a Sunday boot fair), Castle Acrecastle and priory, Snetterton Race Circuit (plus its huge Sunday market) and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (a previous Springwatch venue).
