Kinblethmont House sleeps up to 28 people and is a spectacular house that can be found on the Kinblethmont Estate near Arbroath in Angus. The house is set amidst mature woodland with specimen trees and there are some lovely woodland walks around the estate at all times of year. The immediate area is also particularly suitable for cycling.

Accommodation

This stunning house is like no other. It is the perfect place for parties, family gatherings, events, reunions and is available for short breaks and weekly lets. In the summer you can play croquet or badminton, visit the unspoilt beach at Lunan Bay or just relax on the sheltered terrace in the sun with a coffee or gin and tonic while the children (of all ages!) play.

To make your stay with us as easy as possible, we provide the following in the rental price:

We have tried to ensure that this luxury holiday home includes everything you need during your stay. There are 14 double rooms, 9 bathrooms, a large Victorian drawing room with grand piano, log fires, formal dining rooms, a traditional kitchen, sitting room, atrium and a pantry/store room. You can also relax in the library which comes with comfy seating, a TV and Ruark music system.

Kinblethmont is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday at any time of year. There are golf courses, castles, beaches, outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions close by while the woodland walks and tranquility of Kinblethmont estate are just on your doorstep. The more adventurous may even decide to check out the snow sports at Glen Shee or the Lecht. Whatever the weather the children will have huge fun exploring the extensive woodland policies or playing hide and seek on the estate. Great attractions to visit include:

East Haven Beach.
Seaton Cliffs Nature Reserve.
