The Stables is a luxurious self catering holiday home that can be found in the very centre of the Kinblethmont Estate near Arbroath in Angus. This cosy holiday home can sleep up to 4 people and is an ideal base for a couple or a family who are looking for a luxury breakaway.

Accommodation

This well-appointed cottage was once a stable block and it has now been beautifully converted using high-quality materials to offer a high standard of holiday accommodation. From the solid oak staircase to the polished granite work surfaces in the kitchen, no luxury has been forgotten.

The main features of the Stables are the open plan living area with views into Kinblethmont woodlands, spacious comfortable bedrooms with pictures windows and the original artworks from Kinblethmont Gallery. The lounge area includes 2 comfortable sofas, a woodburning stove and a large 3D TV with a full Sky package including Sky sports.

We have 2 bedrooms at the holiday cottage. The master bedroom is a large room with a king-size bed and the second room is a twin room that can be made up as 2 single beds or joined together to create a double. Please advise when booking which you require. Both rooms share a modern bathroom with a large shower bath.

Open landscaped garden with large parking area, outdoor garden furniture, BBQ and outdoor private grassed and patio areas. There are lots of walks around the estate including the 5-minute woodland walk to the sheltered walled garden which has a children's play area, games areas and quiet seating areas.

Kinblethmont Estate is a farming and shooting estate in the heart of the beautiful rolling Angus countryside towards the east coast of Scotland. It comprises 3000 acres of arable farming and woodland with superb views towards the Angus glens to the north and east and the town of Arbroath and the coast to the south. For those interested in golf you will be spoilt for choice with Letham Grange next door and Montrose, Brechin and Carnoustie clubs within 20 minutes drive. Great attractions to visit include:

Arbroath Abbey.
Colliston Castle.
East Haven Beach.
Seaton Cliffs Nature Reserve.
