The quarry-tiled floor adds to the rustic charm and a stable door opens out onto a fully enclosed private courtyard garden—ideal for pets.
The master bedroom has been designed with rest in mind, featuring a comfortable king-size bed topped with an organic, handmade Natural Mat mattress. Soft Egyptian cotton 600-thread count linen, a feather duvet and pillows complete the luxurious feel. With stripped floorboards and low cottage ceilings, the room is both cosy and calming.
The bathroom is stylish and modern, with underfloor heating, a luxury Bette bath and powerful overhead shower, monogrammed towels and fluffy robes to enhance your comfort.
Located in the heart of the Peak District, Youlgreave is one of the area’s largest villages and is surrounded by stunning countryside and rich history. The village has three welcoming pubs, all serving good food, and a Post Office that doubles as a general store. There’s also a charming village shop with tea rooms. The George pub offers takeaway fish and chips, while Peak Feast, tucked away just up the road, sells cakes, pies, gourmet treats and a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate.
