Accommodation

Featuring generously sized and impeccably presented rooms, Dalfaber House offers a unique living experience, with an exceptional first-floor living area and two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom), as well as a family room equipped with a single bed and bunk beds. This inviting property is perfectly suited for a family getaway, a luxurious golfing retreat, or an exploration of the myriad outdoor activities available in Aviemore and its environs.

The spacious upstairs lounge is complemented by a full Sky TV package, while the dining room boasts the warmth of a real fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. Additionally, a utility room is available, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Sleeping arrangements consist of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. One of the double bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom and fresh linen and towels are provided. For families with young children, a cot bed is also available in the house.

Outside, the property offers a garage, a barbecue area and a charming garden, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Furthermore, a purpose-built drying room is conveniently situated within the garage for those engaging in outdoor activities that may require drying off or storing equipment.

Dalfaber House is a short walk from the centre of Aviemore. Overlooking the new championship 18 hole golf course, it is an ideal base for a golf holiday. It is easily accessible by car from the rest of the UK and is just over an hour's drive from Inverness Airport, which is served by British Airways, BMI and EasyJet.
