1 Blackhorse Yard is a family friendly holiday cottage situated in Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk. Our holiday home can sleep up to 8 people and is in a quiet part of town yet only a short stroll from the quay, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Our spacious, end of terrace holiday home has been furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. The holiday accommodation comprises of:

Lounge with widescreen TV, DVD player and CD player.
Cloakroom/WC with wash hand basin.
Fitted and fully equipped kitchen/dining room with large window overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 1 with a king bed.
Bedroom 2 with king bed & wash basin.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds & wash basin.
Bedroom 4 with two single beds & wash basin.
Bathroom with bath, mains pressure shower, wash basin and WC.
A secluded, enclosed rear garden with picnic table and flower beds.

To the front, there is parking space for 2 cars, whilst at the rear, there is a pleasant enclosed garden with a large picnic table.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a small picturesque Norfolk town between Holkham and Blakeney with a traditional fishing harbour and sandy beaches backed by Pinewoods. The Wells area is renowned for bird watching, has many splendid walks, including the coastal paths, fascinating salt marshes and a superb clean sandy beach. Within easy reach, there are many places of interest, including Bircham Windmill, Brancaster, Burnham Market, Hunstanton and Sandringham. Excellent attractions to visit include:
