Our spacious, end of terrace holiday home has been furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. The holiday accommodation comprises of:Lounge with widescreen TV, DVD player and CD player.
Cloakroom/WC with wash hand basin.
Fitted and fully equipped kitchen/dining room with large window overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 1 with a king bed.
Bedroom 2 with king bed & wash basin.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a small picturesque Norfolk town between Holkham and Blakeney with a traditional fishing harbour and sandy beaches backed by Pinewoods. The Wells area is renowned for bird watching, has many splendid walks, including the coastal paths, fascinating salt marshes and a superb clean sandy beach. Within easy reach, there are many places of interest, including Bircham Windmill, Brancaster, Burnham Market, Hunstanton and Sandringham. Excellent attractions to visit include:Holkham Hall.
