Baillie Scott is a spacious cottage which sleeps 4 in two en suite bedrooms. The cottage has a lovely open plan living space with views from the French doors of the Fife countryside.

Valentines - Sleeps 4

Valentines is a spacious cottage that sleeps 4 in 2 en suite bedrooms. The cottage has a lovely open plan living space and lovely views of the gardens where you can watch the resident red squirrels while you sit at the breakfast bar.

Lady Bluebell - Sleeps 6

Lady Bluebell is a three bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6 in 3 en suite bedrooms. The very spacious open plan living space leads onto a private terrace with access to the 7 acre garden beyond. There are stunning views from the bay window towards the river Tay. This apartment accepts one well behaved dog by arrangement.

The Giddy Limit - Sleeps 6

The Giddy Limit is a three bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6 in 3 en suite bedrooms.The spacious open plan living space leads onto a small balcony with stunning views of the Fife countryside. With oak posts and beams, this apartment has lots of character.

Red Squirrel - Sleeps 2

The superb apartment sleeps up to 2 people in a double en suite bedroom. A further small single bed is suitable for a child in the same room. There is also an open plan living room/kitchen. Facilities include TV with freeview, DVD player, Sonos sound system and the kitchen includes a coffee machine.

The Coach House - Sleeps 6

This coach house has been lovingly restored to accommodate six people in three ensuite bedrooms. There is a large open plan living area, a very well-euipped kitchen and a good sized utility room. The lounge area boasts a woodburner and there is underfloor heating throughout making this a cosy place to be. All on one level this is very suitable for guests with mobility issues. This detached property has its own private outdoor terrace.

All Properties

Each property has its own entrance door and patio area or balcony, with all properties sharing a large, grassy wooded area suitable for picnics, walking and relaxing. Each property has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with wood burning stove and they are all furnished to a high level of comfort with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture.

All kitchens have a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine, and each living area has comfy sofas, TV (some Smart TV), DVD and iPod dock, Bluetooth speaker or Sonos sound system. Free superfast Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Every bedroom has en suite facilities, with either a bath/shower or a dedicated power shower. Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries are provided in each bathroom.

Beds are either super king, king size, double or twin and have luxury duvets with Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Within our 7 acre gardens, we also have a BBQ hut for guests to hire and a lovely treehouse for the children to play in.
