Bryn Amlwg Toll Cottage is situated in the picturesque market town of Llanrwst in North Wales. The self catering property retains many of its original features as a grade 2 listed building used to collect the toll which was charged in times of old to pay for the early roads. It is within 300 yards of shops, cafés, restaurants, taverns, a swimming pool, and a riverside picnic area with children's playground.

The sleeping in the holiday accommodation is compact which is in keeping with what you might expect from a Toll House. The property is on one level, but it has been extended at the rear.

Accommodation

The lounge/dining room is very comfortable with inglenook fireplace housing smart Free-Sat TV The main bedrooms comprises double bed and built-in sliding wardrobe. The small bedrooms is 7ft by 7ft square and comprises bunk beds. A second bedroom comes with a double bed. The kitchen is modern and in the extension at the rear. Shower room is modern, in the extension at the rear comprising shower, WC, basin and shaving point.

Electric oil heaters in each room , Free WIFI Fridge, Cooker, Microwave, Colour TV, Freesat, Video, smart speaker , DVD player, Immersion Heater. Bed linen is provided.

Visiting Llanrwst & Exploring Conwy

Nearby is the National Trust Grade II listed Ty Hwnt I’r Bont, a traditional Welsh tearoom. Only a short drive away is Lake Geirionydd, great for kayaking and paddle boarding. You can also visit the charming harbour town on Conwy.
