- 2 master ensuite rooms with super-king beds, boasting sea views and private balconies.
- 1 super-king bedroom with bunk beds, accommodating 4 guests in one room.
- 1 ensuite super-king bedroom.
- 1 twin room with a private bathroom.
- Accommodating up to 14 guests in total.
- All duvets and pillows are anti-allergy, supplemented by spare blankets, hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels.

The expansive open-plan lounge diner faces southwest, featuring two wood burners for cosy evenings during winter. Entertainment is abundant with two 65-inch flat screens equipped with Sky Glass superfast broadband.

The fully equipped kitchen diner includes a double electric oven and an AGA, simplifying meal preparation. Another wood burner in the dining room adds to the ambiance. The dining area comfortably seats 14 guests and leads out to an extensive dining terrace and decking area, basking in sunlight for most of the day.

For families with babies and toddlers, safety and convenience are ensured with a child stair gate at the bottom of the main stairs and a high chair in the dining room. A travel cot is also provided, along with buckets and spades for little ones to enjoy on the beach during your stay.

Tregurrian is a hamlet 2 miles from Newquay. The beach at Watergate Bay was formerly known as Tregurrian Beach. It is safe for bathing and swimming. Tregurrian is an ideal place for families who want to explore North Cornwall and enjoy the buzz of Newquay, with the option of returning to a quiet and rural home at the end of the day.
