Little Egret is a first-floor apartment which is available as self catering accommodation. The holiday apartment has amazing waterside views located within the quaint Cornish town of St Mawes. This centrally located property is close to the amenities and ideal for exploring Truro.

Accommodation

This self catering apartment can sleep 4 people in a master double and twin bedroom.

There is an open plan living/dining room which has wonderful views, dining table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod docking station and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

Roof Garden: Found on the next floor this is a community area with safety rails. It is a lovely relaxing area to take in the panoramic sea views across Falmouth Bay and Place Manor opposite. Take your morning coffee or evening drink to catch the last of the evening sun. Guests are welcome to use our chairs and sun loungers located in the first-floor storage room.

Visiting St Mawes & Exploring Truro

Situated on the Roseland Peninsula, St Mawes is one of the most special waterside villages in south Cornwall. On the east side of Falmouth Bay, it has one of the mildest climates in Britain. St Mawes has evolved from a small fishing village to a special holiday destination but still maintains a strong local heart.

The village has excellent facilities with pubs, restaurants and hotels. There is a bakery, butcher, delicatessen, small supermarket, chemist, post office, coffee shop to name just a few. There are miles of coastal walks, lovely beaches and gardens on the Roseland Peninsula to explore plus St Mawes castle which was built by Henry VIII and this is well worth a visit.
