The fully restored property nestles in 20 acres of woods and wonderful walks on the hillside high above the historic village of Clun.

The holiday cottage is spacious and comfortable with hall, cloakroom, utility, large sitting room, bedroom with giant double or two single beds, dressing area. Large bathroom with separate power shower, fully fitted kitchen.

Full oil-powered central heating, log fire (fuel provided), double-glazing, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, State-of-the-art Linn HiFi system for radio and CDs, television, DVD and telephone. South facing sheltered terrace area with a picnic table, oak bench and sunbathing easy chairs.

Good local pubs and restaurants. Welcome hamper on arrival. All linen and towels provided.

The Shropshire Hills, where Dick Turpin Cottage is located, is not only a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but is also labelled by the Countryside Commission, as one of only three remaining havens of tranquillity in Britain. The cottage boasts some of the most breath-taking rural views to be found in England, being high above the historic village of Clun, set in a pretty woodland wilderness reserve of 20 acres.
