About San Ging

San Ging is a spacious home with four bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The entrance, directly from the drive with parking for two or more cars and an EVCP, includes a downstairs toilet and utility room with a fridge-freezer, washer and dryer, plus access to the double garage. A short staircase leads to the large, well-equipped dining kitchen with a range cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table seating eight. French doors open to a small balcony offering stunning views.

The next staircase takes you to the main level, featuring a bright sunroom perfect for relaxing, reading, or chatting, which leads to a south-facing patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. This level also includes a house bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and toilet, along with the master bedroom with an en-suite and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden.

The upper level features a lounge with breathtaking views, a contemporary electric fire, a flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi. This floor also has a double bedroom with French doors leading to the patio and a bunk room, both offering lovely views.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite, while the double room also has a king-size bed. The twin and bunk rooms are ideal for families or groups. Quality bed linen, towels, a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and an optional 4ft folding bed are provided for your convenience.

Local Area

San Ging is situated approximately 0.75 miles from Keswick town centre. Keswick is a lively town with a cinema, leisure centre, theatre, museum, galleries, beautiful parks, a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The nearest lake, Derwentwater, is approximately 1.5 miles from the property. Keswick Launch Company runs boat trips around the lake and hires rowing and motor boats.
