Grange Farm is surrounded by countryside yet in easy reach of beaches and attractions. The main town of Newport is only three miles away. Ryde, with its pleasant beaches, is four miles. The ferry from Portsmouth to Fishbourne is just a five minute drive.

Coach House

The Coach House at Grange Farm Wootton is situated down a secluded private drive, enveloped by wildflower meadows at both the front and rear of the property. It boasts extensive grounds and gardens, with private car parking available directly in front. Upon entering the Coach House, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, featuring two bay windows and patio doors that open onto the rear garden. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a double and a twin and also includes a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Red Squirrel Lodge

Red Squirrel Lodge is wheelchair accessible and accommodates 5 to 6 guests all on one level, complete with convenient car parking and a garden. The lodge features a spacious layout including a large wet room, an en-suite double room and two twin rooms, as well as a large kitchen/diner lounge. A veranda at the front of the lodge offers a pleasant spot for dining or simply relaxing amidst the tranquil surroundings, while the decking extends around to the rear garden.

The surrounding area is great for walking and there are many woodland walks available starting close to the farm. The local village is just one and a half miles away where you will find the local pub, local shop, a fish and chip shop, chemist and a post office. The area surrounding us is perfect for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, country lovers and those looking for a peaceful and relaxing break. Great attractions to visit include:
