This lakeside, three-storey holiday cottage, styled in a charming 'New England' design, comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. The accommodation includes three double bedrooms (with twin bed options available on request) and two bathrooms. A highlight of the property is the luxury hot tub, and a balcony overlooking the lake and gardens. Please note, pets are not accepted at this property.

Ground Floor

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area is perfect for families or groups of friends, with a dining table seating six, two large leather sofas, two single chairs, and a media wall with a 55” TV, Sky Q and Netflix. A 50” log effect electric fire adds warmth and ambiance. Full fibre broadband with speeds of 100+ mbps ensures reliable WiFi throughout. There is also a W/C with a wash basin in the hall area.

First Floor

The first floor features a king-size double bedroom with a 32” TV and Sky Q and a second king-size double or twin bedroom (available as 'Zip & Link' on request) with a mattress topper option. A shower room with a W/C and basin is also located on this floor.

Second Floor

The top floor offers a twin bedroom (or king-size double upon request) with a 32” TV and Sky Q, and an en-suite shower room with a hand basin and W/C.

Outside Area

French doors lead to an enclosed decking area with a hot tub, BBQ, table and seating for six, all with stunning lake views. Large outdoor bean bags are provided for lounging by the water.

Extras

Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided and all beds are made up for your arrival. Heating and electricity are included and cots and highchairs are available upon request. The property also benefits from free superfast WiFi with Gigaclear Full Fibre Broadband offering speeds of 100+ mbps.

On-site Facilities

The property is part of a gated community with secure access. Guests can enjoy excellent carp and coarse fishing, three tennis courts (one floodlit), an outdoor children’s play area, a paddling beach, football goals, croquet lawn and an indoor games room.
