Accommodation
The fully equipped, no-smoking, no-pets cottage offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The sitting/dining room features Free-Sat TV/Radio, a CD/DVD player, BT Broadband WiFi, leather three-seater and two-seater sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a coffee table, a multi-fuel stove set in a mini inglenook fireplace, and an occasional electric fire. The kitchen is well-appointed with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all necessary crockery, cutlery, and utensils. A utility porch provides space for storing boots, raincoats, logs, and other essentials, while the walled courtyard includes a table with four chairs, a mini BBQ, parasol, reclining chair, utility sink, plants, creepers and lighting for outdoor relaxation.The rear double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 4’6” bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, bedside lockers and a radio, along with spare duvets. The front singles bedroom offers two 3’ beds, a double wardrobe, a bedside chest of drawers, spare duvets and baby amenities such as a highchair, cot and linen. The bathroom includes a vanity unit with WC and sink, an on-demand shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, a fan heater and a shaving point with a lighted mirror. Heating throughout the cottage is provided by gas central heating, a multi-fuel stove in the sitting room, double-glazed rear windows and front Georgian-style windows.

Situated on the south bank of the River Conwy near its estuary to the Irish Sea, the town lies on the edge of the stunning Snowdonia National Park, an area renowned for its exceptional natural beauty. Conwy is steeped in history, dominated by its 13th-century castle and medieval walls, constructed in 1283 by King Edward I during his campaigns against the Welsh. The town's main square features a statue honoring Wales’s legendary warrior, Llywelyn, adding to its rich cultural heritage. The cottage is ideally located to explore Conwy, Snowdonia and nearby beaches, lakes, and attractions by foot, bike, car, or boat. Highlights include the 13th-century castle, town walls, Plas Mawr, Aberconwy House and Telford’s Suspension Bridge. Enjoy a variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and activities like golf, horse riding and birdwatching at the RSPB reserve.
