Accommodation

This very spacious holiday home can sleep up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. Downstairs, the comfortable sitting room has a wood burner, flat screen TV, Sky, DVD and telephone. The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and table. There is a separate utility room which houses another fridge, washing machine and drier.

The holiday cottage benefits from having a separate dining room with large table and Aga.

There are several outdoor spots to enjoy including a recently renovated terrace with stunning river views, wood fired pizza oven and comfortable out door sofas. There is also a lawned garden and creek.

Location

This secluded area is ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Further inland is the medieval town of Lostwithiel, once the seat of the Duchy of Cornwall. A walk up to the imposing Restormel Castle ruins will certainly blow the cobwebs away. The nearby Duchy of Cornwall Nursery offers plant hunting gems and delicious food.
