Accommodation

The cottage features an open-plan living space on the ground floor, complete with wooden beams and flooring for a rustic feel. The living area is equipped with an electric wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player. The adjoining kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate toilet is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the cottage offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, each furnished with a Freeview TV for private viewing. The shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and a heated towel rail, ensuring comfort and convenience. The cottage benefits from oil central heating (with underfloor heating on the ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi, all included. A highchair can be provided upon request. Additionally, there's a garage with a tumble dryer shared with the owner.

Outside, an enclosed patio with garden furniture offers a private spot to unwind, while the lawned garden (shared with the owner) invites leisurely afternoons. Secure bike storage is available, and private parking is provided for two cars.
