Accommodation

Seacombe offers total seclusion, stunning sea views, state of the art entertainment and is only a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach. The house is embedded in the hillside and from the main entrance an oak staircase leads you downstairs to a spacious living area and large private stone walled garden. The property includes ground-sourced heating.

The finishes are luxurious including en suite bedrooms, oak floors, ground source underfloor heating, air purification system, Wi-Fi throughout, filtered water, a bespoke kitchen and a state of the art cinema room with 106’’ screen with surround sound and DVD and Blueray collection.

The modern kitchen has been designed and crafted using solid fumed oak with granite surfaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker. The property also boasts a gorgeous seating area with leather sofas, 37’’ TV with surround sound and large sliding doors to the patio area.

The property also benefits from having a main balcony and individual balconies for bedroom 1 and 2. All the balconies enjoy breath taking views.

As the house is open plan, toddlers will need to be supervised.

Local Area

Turning down an unassuming stone track off the lane between East Prawle and East Portlemouth you first see the spectacular coastal scenery of Decklers Cliff and Bolt Head.

Seacombe sits above a sandy beach, the nearby coastal path offers dramatic walks, Salcombe can be readily reached by passenger ferry and yet visitors can enjoy total seclusion.
