Trevase Cottages offers two outstanding self-catering properties near Ross-on-Wye, each sleeping up to 18 guests (set five miles apart so each with their own facilities). Our award-winning properties are set in stunning Herefordshire countryside, perfect for an idyllic holiday. Trevase Granary and Penblaith Barn are traditional stone buildings which combine 18th Century character with modern luxuries.

Trevase Granary

Our wonderful property sleeps up to 18 guests in 8 en suite bedrooms, including a lavish family bedroom. The barn enjoys glorious views of the rolling countryside, ideal for a relaxing retreat or group holiday.

On the ground floor are 5 bedrooms, including 1 twin, 2 king and 2 twin or superking. All the rooms come with en suite facilities, including one room with a gorgeous roll top bath. The twin room comes with wrought-iron single beds and two comfortable day-beds suitable for children. This room has a large wet-room making it ideal for a less able guest.

The first floor has a well equipped kitchen, dining and living space, each of which enjoys glorious views of the Black Mountains. You can unwind in the open plan lounge/dining room which comes with large leather sofas and Smart TV and a dining table seating up to 20 guests. There is a separate state-of-the-art Cinema Room with tiered seating, surround sound and access to Netflix, Sky, Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. On the second floor are a further 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 twin or superking).

Penblaith Barn

Nestled in an elevated position and enjoying glorious views, this stone barn sleeps up to 18 guests in 8 en suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is a large kitchen and spacious dining room. The dining table seats up to 20 guests and comes with two cosy sofas and an electric log effect fire. A lovely lounge comes with large leather sofas and Smart TV. There is a separate state-of-the-art Cinema Room with tiered seating, surround sound, access to Netflix, Sky, Sky Cinema and Sky Sports.

The ground floor has 1 twin bedroom (ideal for less abled guests). The first floor has 4 bedrooms (1 superking and 3 three twin or superking) and each room is en-suite. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 twin or superking). Outside are private gardens, a large patio, outdoor hot tub and indoor games room.
